A1: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control
system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly,

Q2: What is your products packing?
A2: We provide 3 kinds of packing case: carton paper case, plywood
packing case and flight packing case. Carton paper case for led
module. Wooden packing case for fixed installation cabinet. Flight
packing case for rental cabinet.
Q3: What about a cheaper price?
A3: As you know we are a factory, so the price we offer you is
reasonable, and we must make sure good quality. You can compare the

Q4: Can i visit your factory in China?
A4: Usually except our staff, other persons are not allowed to
visit the factory. As you know it is not good for workers to
produce intently. But, of course, our factory is open to our
customers, very welcome to visit us, and the person who is
responsible will guide you to scan the workshop every step, you
will know the rough producing situation, then you will be trustful

Q5: What is the pixel pitch?
A5: The pixel pitch is the distance between the centre of an LED
(or group of LEDs that make up a pixel) to the next adjacent LED.
The smaller this distance, the closer all the LEDs on the screen
are together and the better the resolution – meaning a more
detailed picture. So a lower pixel pitch number means a better
resolution than a higher pixel pitch number.
